As we all
know, the vacuum coating machine should be
maintained regularly during its use. If it is properly maintained, the service
life of the equipment will be longer. No matter whether you buy an optical coating machine, a winding coating
machine or a common decorative evaporation coating machine, equipment
maintenance is inevitable. So how to maintain the vacuum
coating machine in daily work?
1. The vacuum
coating equipment should clean the studio once every time more than 200 coating
procedures are completed.
Methods: Scrub
the inner wall of vacuum chamber repeatedly with saturated solution of caustic
soda (NaOH) (pay attention to the fact that human skin can't directly contact
with caustic soda solution to avoid burns). The purpose is to make the plated
aluminum (AL) react with NaOH, and after the reaction, the film will fall off
and release hydrogen. Then clean the vacuum chamber
with clean water and clean the dirt in the fine pumping valve with cloth dipped
in gasoline.
Second, when
the rough pump (slide valve pump, rotary vane pump) works continuously for one
month (halved in rainy season), new oil needs to be replaced.
Methods:
Unscrew the oil bolt, drain the old oil, and then start the pump for several
seconds to completely drain the old oil in the pump. Screw back the oil bolt and add new oil to the rated amount (observe with
oil mirror). After being used for more than
half a year in a row, the oil cover should be opened when changing oil, and the
dirt in the box should be wiped with cloth.
Three: Pay
attention to leak detection before restarting the vacuum coating machine. After the diffusion pump has been used continuously for more than 6
months, the pumping speed obviously slows down, or the operation is improper.
Fill it into the atmosphere, remove the connecting water pipe, remove the
electric stove plate, screw out the primary nozzle, clean the pump cavity and
the pump liner with gasoline first, then wash it with washing powder mixed with
water, and then thoroughly clean it with clean water. After the water
evaporates, install the pump liner, add new diffusion pump oil, and put it back
into the body, connect the water pipe and install the electric stove plate. Pay attention to leak detection before restarting the machine.
Methods: Start the
maintenance pump, close the door, and after a few minutes, observe whether the
partial vacuum degree of the diffusion pump reaches 6X10 Pa, otherwise, leak
detection is required. Check whether the sealing
rubber ring is installed at the joint or the sealing ring is crushed. Do not heat it until the hidden trouble of air leakage is eliminated,
otherwise the diffusion pump oil will burn the ring, and the vacuum coating
equipment will not work.
