HC series DLC coating   

Designed for frictional high load system, the application of low friction performance coating, such as automotive vacuum coating equipment, has opened a new angle of view and technical solutions for the engine inside and outside.

HC series DLC coating can be significantly improved the system efficiency and the service life of the components. If you introduce them from the start, the overall cost of the system can be flat or even lower.

The friction performance of HC coating is not only to prevent the wear of parts, but also to polish and protect the relative parts at running time. Therefore, the friction system has been in a state of low friction and wear.

Surface treatment process
