4. metalization (metalizing): department of chemically forming a metal coating (metallic coating) usually silver plating. The silver nitrate solution and a reducing agent solution such as formalin (formaldehyde) or Hydrazine (hydrazine) are simultaneously sprayed on the surface of the object to get the silver.
