At present, all the high-end bathroom brands in the world, including Kohler, lega, Moen, American Standard, Toto, etc., and domestic Jiumu, Wrigley, brilliant, etc., are all in PVD coating production. At present, high-end bathroom products (mainly including faucets, shower pieces, bathroom hanging, etc.) are using PVD technology for surface color treatment. With the improvement of people's requirements for life quality, the proportion of PVD sanitary products is increasing year by year. In addition, with the attention to environmental protection, especially the demand to replace water electroplating, the application of PVD will be more and more widely.

At present, the main materials of bathroom products in the market include copper alloy, stainless steel, zinc alloy and ABS plastic. In addition to the direct PVD coating of stainless steel parts, other surface treatment processes need to go through water electroplating (Cu, Ni, Cr), and then do PVD coating on water and electricity coating. Due to the different temperature resistance of different materials, there are great differences in coating process. For example, copper alloy can be coated at 180 ℃ and zinc alloy can withstand 140 ℃. Over temperature phenomenon is easy to occur during one-time coating, resulting in poor foaming of electroplating layer. The temperature resistance of plastic parts is only 60 ℃. Special coating process should be adopted for temperature control.
