The AZO films deposited by magnetron sputtering have the characteristics of higher optical transmittance, lower sheet resistance, better uniformity and higher haze value. By coating antireflective coating on the outer surface of glass, the optical transmittance of glass can be greatly improved. At the same time, the glass can be strengthened before coating, which greatly increases the flexibility of application.
