       There are three layers of vacuum evaporation: primer layer (6~12um) + coating layer (1~2um) + topcoat layer (10um). The base material is assembled on a special hanger to be fixed on the assembly line, and the appearance and function are masked according to the design requirements. Since the base material is a plastic part, air bubbles and organic gases will remain during injection molding. The surface of the plastic is not flat enough, and the direct vapor deposition has poor adsorption and is not smooth. Applying a layer of primer will improve the adhesion of the coating and make the surface smooth and flat. . The pendant is assembled in a vacuum container, heated, and evaporated.

1. Advantages
The surface has a good metal texture and is delicate. Compared with water electroplating, the color can solve the problem of seven colors, such as magic blue and flashing silver lamps;
A wide range of substrate materials can be selected, such as PC, ABS, PMMA, (only ABS, ABS+PC can be selected for water plating).
Through indium tin plating, a semi-transparent effect can be made, and the light can be emitted from the product.

2. Disadvantages
Evaporation targets are limited by the melting point, and those with too high melting point are not easy to use.
pvd coating machine vacuum evaporation can not be UV oil, and its adhesion is poor. To ensure the adhesion of vacuum evaporation, special spraying treatment is required later.
