2. Regularly replace diffusion pump oil, vacuum pump and roots pump oil. Before replacing the diffusion pump oil, be sure to confirm whether the vacuum degree is lower than 1X102Pa, and whether the oil temperature in the diffusion pump is completely cooled to the normal temperature state, before heating or filling the air for disassembly, otherwise it will cause serious consequences of harming people.
3. Usually, the whole system should be kept in a vacuum state, and the gas should be filled before work. Do not expose the vacuum chamber to the atmosphere for a long time.
4. Always check whether the rubber seal is in good condition, especially the dynamic seal, and regularly add vacuum grease to the dynamic seal.
5. Regularly check electrical components, remove dust, and replace burnt components.
6. Do not disassemble the diffusion pump and valve in a vacuum state. The disassembly method is: first pump the entire vacuum system to a vacuum state, be careful not to heat the diffusion pump, manually open the fine pumping valve, and then press the air release valve button to let the system fill into the atmosphere, when the vacuum chamber is filled with the atmosphere, it can be disassembled. 7. When using a rotary vane pump or a spool valve pump, pay attention to whether the solenoid valve (or pneumatic valve) is inflated into the pump chamber, otherwise it will cause oil return and pollute the vacuum pipeline. Therefore, when the solenoid valve (or pneumatic valve) inflating action fails, it must be repaired or replaced in time.
8. For northerly areas, in cold seasons, at night and when the machine is shut down for a long time, the cooling water must be driven out of the cooling pipe and pump body with compressed gas, so as to avoid freezing and cracking of the cooling water pipe (sleeve) and pump body.
9. The fine pumping system can only work after the vacuum pressure reaches 3Pa. If the pumping is carried out under too high pressure, the diffusion pump oil will be oxidized, the pumping capacity will be reduced, and the service life of the pump oil will be shortened.
10. In order to ensure a clean working environment for the vacuum coating equipment, the gas discharged from the spool valve pump must be discharged out of the work room through a pipeline, because the gas discharged from the spool valve pump contains a lot of tiny oil mist, which will pollute the workpiece to be plated , which seriously affects the quality of the film.
11. The water must not be cut off during the working process, the cooling water used must be clean, and hard water or turbid water should not be used as cooling water, otherwise, a layer of scale will be deposited on the cooling water pipe, which will affect the cooling effect.
