      Third: the problem of deviation and wrinkling of the tape substrate. With the increase of the winding speed, the belt-shaped substrate will be wrinkled and deflected during the winding and coating process, and in severe cases, the substrate will be broken and the production will be interrupted, which not only affects the production efficiency, but also wastes materials. Therefore, this issue should be fully considered in the design of the winding mechanism.

The lower chamber is an evaporation chamber, which requires a high degree of vacuum. The main pump is mostly an oil diffusion pump.
