When coating manufacturers use pvd coating machines, they all have to go through the process of daily maintenance of coating machines, because during the use of coating machines, there will be dust, which will affect the coating effect and increase the probability of bad products. Therefore, in the process of using the vacuum coating machine, a series of maintenance is carried out for the coating machine, and the common ones are to reduce the generation and cleaning of dust. So how to clean the pvd coating machine? The following is a detailed introduction to the vacuum editor:

Ways to reduce dust:
       1. The source material used shall meet the necessary purity requirements.
       2. After the sample is taken out, the environment should be kept clean.
       3. After coating for a period of time, the inner wall of the vacuum chamber must be cleaned.
       4. The cleaning of the substrate material must strictly meet the process requirements.
       5. The staff has special clothing, and the operation should wear gloves, foot covers, etc.
       6. Properly increase the humidity of the environment, which is beneficial to reduce the suspended solid particles in the surrounding environment.
       7. What is the upper limit of the maximum particle size and the number of particles per unit area that are clearly allowed by technology.
       8. The indoor air has low mobility and the floor is clean. If it is a bare concrete floor, it needs to be covered. Walls and roofs cannot be painted with general grey paint.

Cleaning the vacuum coater:
       Before the pvd coating machine uses the coating material to coat, a simple surface cleaning of the coating material can prolong the service life of the coating machine. Because various contaminants not only make the vacuum system unable to obtain the required vacuum degree, but also affect the strength and sealing performance of the vacuum parts connection.

Common pollutants are:
       1. Grease includes lubricants, cutting fluids, vacuum greases, etc., which are contaminated during processing, assembly, and operation;
       2. Water-based products include hand sweat during operation, water vapor during blowing, saliva, etc.; acid, alkali, and salt residues during cleaning, hand sweat, minerals in water, etc.; as well as polishing residues and ambient air dust and other organic matter.

       The purpose of cleaning these pollutants is to improve the working stability of the pvd coating machine, so that the work can be carried out more smoothly.
