When many new people start to operate the pvd coating machine, they will always have various problems more or less. Enterprises must go through a period of professional training before new people can be led to work by old employees. However, what should be paid attention to in the operation of the vacuum coating machine is the professional knowledge that newcomers must master before operating the machine. Today, it is summarized into a small vacuum section and listed in detail for everyone:

1、 In order to ensure a clean working environment for the pvd coating machine, the gas discharged from the slide valve pump must be piped out of the working room, because the gas discharged from the slide valve pump contains a lot of tiny oil mist, which will pollute the coated workpiece and seriously affect the quality of the film.
2、 At ordinary times, the whole system shall be kept in a vacuum state, and gas shall be filled before operation. Do not expose the vacuum chamber to the atmosphere for a long time.
3、 Regularly check whether the rubber seal is in good condition, especially the dynamic seal ring. Regularly add vacuum grease to the dynamic seal.
4、 Regularly check electrical components, remove dust and replace burnt components.
5、 Clean the vacuum chamber regularly and wipe it as dry as possible. Wash it thoroughly every time to avoid the phenomenon that it is more and more difficult to wash. After drying, the first furnace shall be coated four times longer than the original one.
6、 Regularly replace diffusion pump oil, vacuum pump and roots pump oil. Before replacing the diffusion pump oil, be sure to confirm whether the vacuum degree is lower than 1X102Pa, and whether the oil temperature in the diffusion pump is completely cooled to normal temperature before heating or air filling for disassembly, otherwise it will cause serious consequences of personal injury.
7、 The diffusion pump and valve shall not be disassembled under vacuum. The method of disassembly is: first pump the whole vacuum system to the vacuum state, pay attention not to heat the diffusion pump, manually open the fine extraction valve, and then press the air release valve button to let the system fill the atmosphere. When the vacuum chamber is full of atmosphere, the diffusion pump and valve can be disassembled.
8、 When stopping the rotary vane pump and slide valve pump, pay attention to whether the solenoid valve (or pneumatic valve) inflates into the pump chamber, otherwise it will cause oil return and pollute the vacuum pipeline. Therefore, if the charging action of the solenoid valve (or pneumatic valve) fails, it must be repaired or replaced in time.
9、 In the north area, in cold seasons, at night and when the machine is shut down for a long time, compressed air must be used to drive the cooling water out of the cooling pipe and pump body to avoid frost cracking of the cooling pipe (sleeve) and pump body.
10、 The fine pumping system can only work after the vacuum pressure reaches 3Pa. If the pumping is carried out under high pressure, the diffusion pump oil will be oxidized, the pumping capacity will be reduced, and the service life of the pump oil will be shortened.
11、 Water shall not be cut off during operation. The cooling water used must be clean. Hard water or turbid water shall not be used as cooling water, otherwise a layer of scale will be deposited on the cooling water pipe, affecting the cooling effect.
