The transformer group is installed below the vacuum tank, and its output terminal positive pole is directly connected to the corresponding evaporation electrode rod. The output terminal negative pole is connected in parallel before being connected to the evaporation negative pole.
The operation console is located in front of the vacuum tank and below the observation window. The touch screen, operation control buttons, knobs, or switches for each component are all located on the panel of the operation console.
The touch screen is located in the upper left part of the operation panel. The parameters of the winding system, including the tension of the winding and unwinding coil, the diameter of the coil, the running speed of the machine, and the data display, as well as the operation instructions of the vacuum system, are all set on the touch screen.
The upper right of the operation panel is the heating power regulating button of the evaporation source and the Ammeter, which can adjust and display the power of each group of evaporation sources.
The lower part of the operation panel is a functional control button or switch, including the control power main switch, winding car forward and backward, swing arm forward and backward, bending roller forward and reverse, wire feeding switch and speed, cover plate switch, and control mode selection for system operation.
Users should set up a separate power switch box for this machine near the pvd coating machine, provide their own power cord, and connect the power to the terminals labeled R, S, T, N of this machine.
