1. Check whether the operation control switches of the coating machine are in the "off" position.
2. Turn on the main power switch to power on the equipment.
3. Pull out the low-pressure valve. After opening the charging valve and hearing no sound of airflow, activate the bell jar valve to raise the bell jar.
4. Install and fix the tungsten spiral heating element. Fix the PVDF film and aluminum cover plate on the rotating disc. Thread the aluminum wire into the spiral heater. Clean all parts of the bell cover to ensure that there are no impurities or dirt.
5. Lower the bell cover.
6. Start the vacuum pumping mechanical pump.
7. Turn on the power supply of the composite vacuum gauge (model of the composite vacuum gauge: Fzh-1A).
When the pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise again to 6.7Pa, the low pressure valve is pushed in. At this point, the left knob "1" rotates to point to the measurement position of section 1.
9. Turn on the cooling water, start the diffusion pump, and heat for 40 minutes.
10. Pull out the low-pressure valve. Repeat the ⑦ action program: Turn the bottom left knob "1" to point to the measurement position of section 2. The pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise. When the pointer moves to 6.7Pa, open the high-pressure valve (the valve stem rotates clockwise).
11. When the pointer inside the low vacuum gauge "2" moves to the right to 0.1Pa, turn on the gauge filament switch.
12. Rotate the emission adjustment knob "4" to make the pointer inside the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" point towards 5.
13. Rotate the emission, zero point, and measurement knob "9" to point to the zero point position.
14. Rotate the zero adjustment knob "10" to make the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" point to the 0 position.
15. Rotate the emission, zero point, and measurement knob "9" to point to the measurement position.
16. Rotate the standard adjustment knob "3" to make the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" point towards 10.
17. Rotate the "multiplier" switch knob "8" to point at 10-12. When the pointer inside the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves counterclockwise to the left by more than 1, then turn the "multiplier" switch knob "8" to point at 10-3.
When the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves counterclockwise for more than 6.7Pa, turn on the workpiece rotation knob switch, and the PVDF film of the plated part inside the bell cover will rotate.
19. Turn on the evaporation button switch. Insert the current divider plug into the distribution hole of the evaporation electrode (with holes 1, 2, 3, and 4, which can be inserted into any hole).
20. Rotate the hand wheel of the right Pressure regulator with the right hand, and slowly rotate to increase the pressure.
