As a staff in the vacuum industry, the pvd coating machine operating procedures are the most basic and must be mastered, but for staff outside the line, mastering the pvd coating machine operating procedures may be a little difficult, after all, such as intersections. However, many people have great curiosity about the pvd coating machine, whether it is the coating process, or the coating process, as well as the application field, there are questions. So today, Huicheng vacuum Xiaobian will first introduce the operating procedures of the pvd coating machine, and then introduce other aspects to you:

pvd coating machine operating procedures:
1. Check whether each operation control switch of the coating machine is in the "off" position.
2. Turn on the main power switch to supply power to the device.
3. Pull out the low pressure valve. Open the charging valve. When no air flow is heard, start the bell jar valve and the bell jar is raised.
4. Install and fix the tungsten spiral heater. Fix the PVDF film and aluminum cover plate on the rotating disc. Thread the aluminum wire into the spiral heater. Clean all parts of the bell jar to ensure that there are no impurities and dirt.
5. Drop bell jar.
6. Start the vacuum mechanical pump.
7. Turn on the power supply of the composite vacuum gauge (composite vacuum gauge model: Fzh-1A).
8. When the pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise again to 6.7Pa, the low pressure valve is pushed in. At this time, the left knob "1" is rotated to point to the measurement position of section 1.
9. Turn on the cooling water, start the diffusion pump, and heat for 40min.
10. Pull out the low pressure valve. Repeat the action program once: Turn the lower left knob "1" to the measurement position pointing to section 2. Move the pointer clockwise in the low vacuum gauge "2". When the pointer moves to 6.7Pa, open the high pressure valve (valve stem rotates clockwise).
11. When the low vacuum meter "2" pointer moves right to 0.1Pa, open the regulator filament switch.
12. Rotate the transmission adjustment button "4" so that the pointer in the high pressure vacuum gauge "5" points to 5.
13. Transmit, zero, measure knob "9" rotated to point to zero position.
14. Rotate the zero adjustment button "10" to make the pointer in the high pressure vacuum gauge "5" point to the 0 position.
15. Transmit, zero, and turn the measuring knob "9" to point to the measuring position.
16. Rotate the standard adjustment button "3" to make the pointer in the high pressure vacuum gauge "5" point to 10.
17. Rotate the "multiplier" switch button "8" to point 10-12. When the pointer in the high-pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves more than 1 counterclockwise to the left, then rotate the "multiplier" switch button "8" to point 10-3.
18. When the pointer in the high pressure vacuum gauge "5" moves more than 6.7Pa counterclockwise, the starting part rotates the knob switch, and the PVDF film in the bell jar rotates.
19. Turn on the evaporation button switch. Insert the current distribution plug into the evaporation electrode distribution hole (provided with 1, 2, 3, 4 holes, can be inserted into any hole).
20. Rotate the right regulator handwheel with the right hand and slowly rotate the pressure boost.
pvd coating machine operation procedure, sounds, feels very simple. In fact, during the operation, there are still many details to pay attention to. If the operation is improper, it will inevitably cause special circumstances to occur, which both reduces the efficiency and increases the cost of coating, so we should be careful and cautious in the operation process.
