In daily life, there are many products coated with a layer of film by pvd coating machines. They are used in all walks of life, such as tableware, furniture, sanitary ware, digital products, packaging products, knives, molds, vehicles, etc. The vacuum coating machine coats a thin layer of film, which changes both the performance and the aesthetics. However, many customers who do not know much about vacuum coating machines will be curious about the specific conditions under which a vacuum coating machine can work normally for coating. Below, the editor of Huicheng Vacuum will introduce it to you in detail, hoping to help you:
1. Normal working conditions of pvd coating machine
1. Ambient temperature: 10~30℃
2. Relative humidity: no more than 70%
3. Cooling water inlet temperature: not higher than 25℃
4. Cooling water quality: city tap water or water of equivalent quality
5. Power supply voltage: 380V, three-phase 50Hz or 220V, single-phase 50Hz (depending on the needs of the electrical appliances used), voltage fluctuation range 342~399V or 198V~231V, frequency fluctuation range 49~51Hz;
6. The pressure, temperature and consumption of compressed air, liquid nitrogen, hot and cold water required by the equipment should be stated in the product instruction manual.
7. The environment around the equipment should be tidy and the air should be clean. There should be no dust or gas that can cause surface corrosion of electrical appliances and other metal parts or cause conduction between metals.
In addition, the laboratory or workshop where the
pvd coating machine is located should be kept clean and hygienic. The floor is terrazzo or wooden painted floor, dust-free. In order to prevent the gas discharged by the mechanical pump from contaminating the laboratory environment during operation, an exhaust pipe (metal or rubber pipe) can be installed on the exhaust port of the pump to discharge the gas outdoors.
