Automobile decorative parts coating machine
This series of machine combins magnetron sputtering and vacuum evaporation techniques in one machine, it adopts magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge technique to spill atoms from the targets, then some of atoms ionized and deposit on substrates, while it can be used to get vaporized film by resistance heating material in vacuum chamber, which increase the application and flexibility of machine.
The atoms (targets) were ionized and deposited on the substrate (PVD) and vacuum by magnetron sputtering cathode glow discharge. The metal wires were melted or the metal molecules were vaporized by resistance heating method. The plastic surface was metallized. The non-conductive and electromagnetic shielding effects of the products were realized by using specific film coating.
This series of machine is equipped with plasma system, high efficient magnetron sputtering cathode and resistance evaporation systems.
