Color decorative parts coating machine

This includes IPT (interelectrode target) magnetron sputtering deposition for high-speed deposition of metals and reactive magnetron sputtering deposition of IPT or rotating targets for deposition of metal nitride or metal oxide layers.
Advanced MF (intermediate frequency) PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) deposition source can deposit transparent topcoat and enhanced scrub resistant layer.

A further key factor is an effective vacuum pump system, including an effective cryogenic coil system and a flexible process gas management system.
The whole machine is mounted on an easy to operate steel frame. This single frame installation ensures fast installation at the customer site.
