2. Check whether all mechanical parts of the pvd machine are normal and firm one by one.
3. Check whether the electrical components of the pvd machine are in good condition and whether the electrical plug-ins are correct one by one.
4. Install the wire feed tray full of 99.98% purity aluminum wire into the pivot pin, and then install it on the support plate. Pass the aluminum wire lead wire head through the pressure wheel and conduit to the upper part of the evaporation crucible. At the same time, adjust the tension of the spring to make the pressure roller press the aluminum wire tightly without slipping, and the aluminum wire can be transported smoothly.
5. Wrap both ends of the conductive boron nitride crucible with graphite paper and press it into the electrode.
6. Install the raw film reel of the base material on the winding shaft, install the empty reel on the winding shaft, and inflate the core tightly.
7. Put the winding shaft with empty drum and the unwinding shaft of the original film drum into the winding and unwinding gripper respectively and clamp them firmly, and then lead the base material out of the winding shaft and coil it onto the winding shaft. Pay attention to ensure that the base material must be flat on each guide roller and main roller, and ensure that the unwinding and the edge of the winding are aligned.
