2. The parts in the chamber should be cleaned with gasoline or alcohol, and dried by vacuum plating before loading.
3. Before starting the vacuum coating, check whether the mechanical rotating parts of each vacuum pump are normal, such as the seal in the transitional transmission of the rotary vane pump and the Roots pump. The vacuum coating must always check the oil and grease to ensure normal work.
4. Start the compressor by vacuum coating. The air pressure of vacuum coating should be guaranteed to be above 0.4Mpa, and the water in the air storage tank of the compressor should be discharged frequently.
5. After the vacuum coating work is completed, the vacuum electroplating chamber should be wiped clean, free of dirt, and maintain a low vacuum to avoid contaminating the vacuum system and affecting the vacuum performance.
6. Always check the high-voltage micro-switch for the coating of the
pvd coating machine, which should be safe and reliable. If the conduction is poor or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
