Our metal strip coating system integrates a rotatable magnetron with the highest coating rate, energy efficiency and material yield, ensuring long-term and stable production activities. Compared with planar magnetron, rotatable dual magnetron has at least four advantages: coating rate (because of higher power limit), target stock, target utilization rate and target self-cleaning performance to parasitic coating. For highly insulating dielectric films, the latter performance is particularly important.
